04 / Price index
Custom work.
Public prices.
Studios hide their rates. The lab posts them on the wall. Every figure is an entry point, locked after one scoping call, and you own everything we ship.
every build ships with ▸ [ full source code ] [ deployment ] [ zero templates ] [ a direct line to the operator ]

05 / Protocol
One protocol.
Zero surprises.
You always know where your project stands, what comes next, and what you will hold in your hands at the end of each phase.
Phase 01
The call
Twenty minutes, no slides. Your business, your users, your goal. We lock the scope and the price together.
output: a fixed scope & price
Phase 02
The prototype
You see and feel the direction before a single line of production code. We iterate until you say yes.
output: a design you approved
Phase 03
The build
Design, code, content, motion, tests. You get a private link and watch your product come alive.
output: a working product
Phase 04
The handover
Deployed on your domain, indexed, measured. Accounts, keys and source code: everything is yours.
output: everything, including the code

06 / Instruments
The toolbench,
kept sharp.
A short bench, mastered deep. Every instrument earns its slot, and the drawer keeps room for what comes next.

07 / The operator
One operator.
The whole chain.
I'm RV. Designer and developer, same brain, same hands. Every project in this lab is sketched, built and shipped by me, from the first idea to the production server.
What you gain: speed, coherence, and zero intent lost between a designer who dreams and a developer who compromises. When you write, the operator answers. Not a bot, not an account manager.

Questions
from the field.
The things people actually ask before opening a work order. Unfiltered, answered the way we answer on WhatsApp.
Q-01How much will mine cost?
The entry points are on the wall: sites from $500, e-commerce from $900, apps from $1,900, SaaS from $3,900. Your exact number comes out of one scoping call, gets locked in writing, and never moves after that.
Q-02How long will it take?
Honest answer: it depends on the scope, and anyone who promises a date before hearing your project is guessing. What never changes is the sequence: call, prototype, build, handover. You watch progress on a private link the whole way.
Q-03I have no photos, no text. Is that a problem?
No. You bring the raw material: your services, your prices, your story in a few voice notes if you want. The lab shapes the words and can create the visuals. Most clients start with less than you have.
Q-04Do you work with clients outside France?
The bench is in Paris, the work ships anywhere. Dubai, Bali, Christchurch: a website has no timezone. Everything happens on WhatsApp, in English or French, and the distance has never been the problem.
Q-05What happens after launch?
You own everything: code, accounts, domain, keys. Keep the operator on speed dial for updates, or take it fully in-house. No forced subscription, no hostage situation.
Q-06Experiments? Is my project a test subject?
The opposite. Experiments are how the lab trains between missions, on fictional brands, at its own risk. Your project runs on the proven protocol. You get the findings, never the failures.
